The Patented Medicines Prices Review Board (PMPRB) has released their highly anticipated Strategic Plan 2015-2018. The PMPRB’s three-year strategic plan includes four new strategic objectives, a reinvigorated mission statement, and a vision as to how the organization can work with partners and stakeholders in advancing the common goal of a sustainable health system.
- Strategic objective 1: Consumer-focused regulation and reporting
- Strategic objective 2: Framework modernization
- Strategic objective 3: Strategic partnerships and public awareness
- Strategic objective 4: Employee engagement
This strategic plan is intended to be a high-level document that will guide the implementation of the PMPRB’s strategic objectives through detailed operational and human resources plans to be developed by Staff on a yearly basis.
