Paul Henricks is Associate Director, Data Innovation and Insights at PDCI. As a senior team leader, Paul has worked across PDCI’s service offerings. In his current role, Paul leverages his cross-functional expertise and extensive industry experience to lead and develop PDCI’s data analytics services including the PDCI national public claims data, private claims data and price trends. Paul is directing the launch of the recently acquired Market Access Toolkit and its integration into PDCI data service offerings. The Market Access Toolkit features Insights Magazine and the Census of Insurers and offers key insights into the private drug insurance market that serves as an important resource for Canada’s pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Prior to joining PDCI in 2016, Paul spent 12 years at Bayer Healthcare in strategic planning and market access roles. With more than 20 years of industry experience including roles in market access, strategic planning and business development, Paul’s cross-functional expertise includes market research, forecasting, health economics and strategic planning. His experience covers a broad range of therapeutic areas and product lifecycle stages from launch planning to multi-source strategies.
