  • New 35% generic pricing model
Generic drug consumers in New Brunswick will pay less for prescriptions following an announcement last month that generic prices in the province will drop from 50-70 percent of the brand price to 35 percent by December 2012. Health Minister Madeleine Dubé said the change is expected to save the province $10 million in the first 10 months.
